Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders within 7 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

  2. Shipping Methods: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.

  3. Estimated Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days within the UK and 7 to 14 business days for international orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online through our shipping carrier's website.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we are unable to ship to certain remote or international locations. If you have any questions about shipping to your area, please contact us for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate your preferences and we will do our best to accommodate your exchange based on availability.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
