Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is received, we will process it promptly; however, please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. The owner reserves the right to reject any orders without an explanation. A full refund will be issued if your order is rejected.
Shipping
We currently offer shipping to the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North American countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Returns and Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please be aware that due to the nature of wood products, there will be colour differences between each product and every piece of wood has its unique texture, the shop will not refund or replace items because of these differences.
